Description

Soft and fluffy garlic butter dinner rolls, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, milk, and salt to the yeast mixture.
  3. Gradually add flour and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Punch down the dough and divide it into equal pieces.
  7. Shape each piece into a ball and place them in a greased baking dish.
  8. Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  10. Melt remaining butter and mix in garlic and parsley.
  11. Brush the garlic butter mixture on the rolls.
  12. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
