- 4 cod fillets
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic.
- Cook garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Season cod fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place cod fillets in the pan and spoon garlic butter over them.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the fish is flaky.
- While the cod is baking, steam the broccoli until tender.
- Serve cod with steamed broccoli and lemon wedges.
Notes
- Adjust garlic amount based on your preference.
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
- You can substitute cod with another white fish.
