Description

This Garlic Butter Chicken with Zucchini and Corn is a flavorful and easy dish that combines tender chicken with fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken fillet
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 2 zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup corn, fresh or frozen
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat garlic butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken fillet with salt and pepper.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. Add zucchini and corn to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes until tender.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
