- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked rigatoni and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

- This dish can be made with shrimp instead of chicken.
