Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, and red food coloring to the butter mixture.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon.
- Use gel food coloring for a deeper red color.
