A colorful and delicious fruit pizza that combines a sweet crust with cream cheese and fresh fruits.

- 1 pre-made sugar cookie dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup kiwis, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread cookie dough on a pizza pan and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let the crust cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
- Arrange the fruits on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Chill the pizza for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use any fresh fruits you like.
- For a sweeter base, add more powdered sugar to the cream cheese mixture.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
