A delightful dessert combining fresh raspberries and classic tiramisu flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Dip ladyfingers quickly into the cooled coffee.
  5. Layer half of the ladyfingers in a serving dish.
  6. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Top with half of the fresh raspberries.
  8. Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone, and raspberries.
  9. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  10. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
