Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup French onion soup
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with extra French onion soup or on a bed of mashed potatoes.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use beef broth instead of water in the soup.
- These meatballs freeze well for later use.
- Pair with cheese for a gooey topping.
