Ingredients

- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and cook until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add caramelized onions to the mixture and stir well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with chips or veggies.
