- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 can (10.5 oz) French onion soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, French onion soup, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Mix well and transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
