Instructions

- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, French onion soup, cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with olive oil.
- Spread the breadcrumb mixture over the casserole.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
