Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup rice, uncooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, rice, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
