Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, rice, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use any cooked chicken.
- Substitute cream of mushroom soup with cream of chicken if preferred.
- Experiment with different vegetables as desired.
