A delicious filet mignon served with a rich shrimp and lobster cream sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 filet mignon steaks
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Sear the filet mignon for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic; sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and lobster, cook until shrimp is pink.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the steak topped with the shrimp and lobster cream sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
