Description

A delicious filet mignon served with a rich shrimp and lobster cream sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 filet mignon steaks
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  3. Sear the filet mignon for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove the steaks and let them rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic; sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add shrimp and lobster, cook until shrimp is pink.
  7. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Serve the steak topped with the shrimp and lobster cream sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley.
