- 12 oz pasta
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add Rotel tomatoes, cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in cooked pasta and stir well.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and cover until melted.
- Serve warm.
