Description
This dish features shrimp sautéed in a garlic butter sauce, served over pasta.

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces linguine or spaghetti
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in white wine and chicken broth. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss cooked pasta in the skillet with the shrimp sauce.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
