Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the cabbage, carrots, and green onions, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring the soup.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
