A comforting and flavorful soup inspired by traditional egg rolls.
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
- Stir in the cabbage, carrots, and green onions, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring the soup.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- For a spicier soup, add chili flakes.
- Garnish with extra green onions if desired.
