A delicious and comforting soup inspired by egg rolls.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground pork over medium heat.
- Add ginger, garlic, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in cabbage and carrots, cooking until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add green onions and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use any ground meat of your choice.
- Adjust the soy sauce based on your salt preference.
- Top with additional green onions for garnish.
