- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add chopped spinach and feta cheese to the egg mixture.
- Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin tin.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the egg is set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables or meats as desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the microwave before serving.
