A delicious no-bake dessert that resembles an eclair in cake form.
Ingredients

- 1 package of graham crackers
- 2 packages of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 container of whipped topping
- 1 cup of chocolate frosting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix pudding mix with milk until thickened.
- Fold in whipped topping until combined.
- Layer graham crackers in a 9×13 inch dish.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers.
- Spread the remaining pudding mixture on top.
- Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Spread chocolate frosting over the top layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use any flavor of pudding for variation.
- Let it chill overnight for better flavor.
- Feel free to add toppings like nuts or chocolate shavings.
