Description

A quick and simple tofu stir fry with fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 block firm tofu, drained and cubed
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add tofu and cook until golden brown.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
  7. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Serve over rice or noodles and garnish with green onions.

Notes

  • Use any vegetables you have on hand.
  • Adjust soy sauce to taste.
  • For extra flavor, add chili flakes.
