A simple and delicious spicy salmon sushi bake recipe that combines sushi flavors in a convenient casserole form.

- 2 cups sushi rice
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 pound salmon, cooked and flaked
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Combine sushi rice and water in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the flaked salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and salt.
- Spread the cooked rice evenly in a baking dish.
- Layer the salmon mixture over the rice.
- Bake for 20 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with nori strips and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
- Use cooked salmon for best results.
- Serve with extra soy sauce on the side.
