A simple and creamy rice pudding recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of Arborio rice
- 4 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water.
- In a pot, combine rice, milk, and salt.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Serve warm or chilled.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Top with fruits or nuts if desired.
