- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, and garlic.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions.
Notes
- Use ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
