Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and sugar. Add yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Add melted butter and eggs to the yeast mixture. Stir to combine.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 pieces. Shape into rolls.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These rolls freeze well.
- Feel free to add herbs for extra flavor.
