Easy homemade 30 minute dinner rolls
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 10 minutes in a warm place.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape them into balls.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let the rolls rest for another 10 minutes.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Store leftover rolls in an airtight container.
- You can brush the tops with melted butter for extra flavor.
- Experiment with herbs for added taste.
