- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes

- 1 onion, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Cover with cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until rice is tender.
