Description

A simple and delicious one-pan meal featuring chicken, tzatziki sauce, and rice.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the rice and chicken broth.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice.
  4. Spread tzatziki sauce over the chicken.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in tzatziki for a few hours before cooking.
  • Serve with a side of fresh salad.
