Instructions

- Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Bring to a boil and cook until mixture reaches soft ball stage.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, nuts, and vanilla.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking pan and let cool.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.

- For a minty flavor, add peppermint extract.
