- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Sauté onions and mushrooms until soft.
- Add shredded chicken, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine cooked spaghetti with the chicken mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
