- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchinis into zoodles.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add shredded chicken and zoodles to the pan.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes until zoodles are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.

- For added flavor, use grilled chicken.
- Adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more cream or cheese.
