- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until thickened.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the gravy mixture over the biscuits.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

- For extra flavor, add cheese to the casserole.
- You can use turkey sausage for a lighter option.
