Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix black beans, cheese, onions, cumin, and chili powder.
  3. Heat tortillas in olive oil until slightly soft.
