A simple and delicious apple strudel recipe.
Ingredients

- 4 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 package phyllo dough
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix apples, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter.
- Layer another sheet on top and brush again.
- Spread a portion of the apple mixture, raisins, and walnuts on the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush the top with beaten egg.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Use any type of apples you prefer.
