Ingredients

- 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup pastel M&M’s
- 1/2 cup Easter-themed sprinkles
Instructions
- Melt white chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Add Rice Chex cereal to the bowl and gently mix to coat.
- Transfer the mixture to a large zip-top bag.
- Add powdered sugar and shake until evenly coated.
- Stir in M&M’s and sprinkles.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet to cool.
- Once cooled, serve in bowls or store in an airtight container.
Notes
- Use any chocolate or nut butter variation.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Can be made a day in advance.
