Description

Delicious Easter eclair cake made with layers of cream and chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 container of whipped topping
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions using the milk.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until combined.
  3. Layer graham crackers in a baking dish.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
  6. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  7. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until hot, then pour over chocolate chips to make ganache.
  8. Stir until smooth and pour over the top layer of graham crackers.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
