Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture.
- Gradually add flour and knead until dough is smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into 12 pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to make icing.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh yeast for best results.
- Can substitute milk with almond milk for a dairy-free option.
- Rolls can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight.
