Easter Bunny Cupcakes are festive treats perfect for spring celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 batch buttercream frosting
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 12 miniature chocolate eggs
- 24 candy eyes
- 12 large marshmallows
- Pink candy melts (for noses)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions.
- Fill cupcake liners in a muffin tin with the batter.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool completely.
- Frost each cupcake with buttercream frosting.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut on top to resemble fur.
- Place two candy eyes and a pink candy melt for the nose on each cupcake.
- Cut marshmallows in half and place them as bunny ears.
- Add chocolate eggs around the base of the cupcakes.
Notes
- Use different colors of candy melts for variety.
- Store cupcakes in an airtight container.
- These cupcakes can be made a day in advance.
