This is an easy recipe for creamy peanut butter fudge.
Ingredients

- 2 cups peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add peanut butter and stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store fudge in an airtight container.
- For a chocolate version, add cocoa powder.
- Let fudge sit at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting for easier slicing.
