A refreshing dill potato salad perfect for picnics.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds of potatoes
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup of fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup of celery, diced
- 1/2 cup of red onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then cool.
- Dice the cooled potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard.
- Add dill, celery, and onion to the mixture.
- Fold in the potatoes gently.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

- Use fresh dill for best flavor.
