Description

A refreshing pasta salad with a tangy dill pickle flavor.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dill pickle juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, pickles, red onion, and bell pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, pickle juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir well to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
