Description
A refreshing pasta salad with a tangy dill pickle flavor.
Ingredients

- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp dill pickle juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, pickles, red onion, and bell pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, pickle juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir well to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- This salad can be made a day ahead for better flavor.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like celery or carrots.
