- 1 cup dill pickle slices
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture on a Ritz cracker.
- Top with a dill pickle slice.
- Place another Ritz cracker on top to form a sandwich.
- Arrange the sandwiches on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
