Description
Delicious deviled eggs topped with crispy bacon.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs, about 10-12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in ice water.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix well.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Top with crumbled bacon.
Notes
- Cook bacon until crispy for the best texture.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Chill before serving for better flavor.
