Description

A creamy and flavorful pasta salad inspired by deviled eggs.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chopped hard-boiled eggs, green onions, and celery to the bowl.
  4. Add the cooled macaroni and mix well.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
