A delightful no bake banana split cheesecake that combines the flavors of a classic banana split in a creamy dessert.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- ½ cup crushed pineapple, drained
- ½ cup chocolate sauce
- ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Layer sliced bananas and crushed pineapple on top.
- Spread the remaining cheesecake mixture over the fruit layer.
- Drizzle chocolate sauce and sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
