- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon; stir until combined.
- Add the sliced bananas and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix flour, milk, baking powder, and salt to form a batter.
- Pour the banana mixture into a baking dish.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter over the banana mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
