Delicious strawberry pudding cookies that are soft and chewy.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 package (3.4 oz) strawberry instant pudding mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Mix until combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Use fresh strawberries for added flavor.
