- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the sliced bananas and sugar.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, flour, milk, baking powder, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the banana mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Spread the batter over the banana mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
