Spicy stuffed jalapeno peppers

- 10 jalapeno peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Halve the jalapenos and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of stuffed jalapenos.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice by leaving some seeds in the jalapenos.
- Can use different types of cheese for variation.
