Ingredients

- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained
- 1 cup corn, drained
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season fish with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook fish until flaky, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, layer rice, black beans, corn, and cooked fish.
- Add avocado, diced tomatoes, and cilantro on top.
- Drizzle with lime juice and serve.

- Use any white fish like tilapia or cod.
