Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and green onions, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add cabbage and carrots, cook until tender.
  4. Mix in chicken and soy sauce, stir to combine.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  6. Place a spoonful of filling onto each egg roll wrapper.
  7. Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
  8. Heat oil in a deep pan, fry egg rolls until golden brown.
  9. Drain on paper towels before serving.
