A simple and tasty egg roll recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and green onions, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add cabbage and carrots, cook until tender.
- Mix in chicken and soy sauce, stir to combine.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Place a spoonful of filling onto each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan, fry egg rolls until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
- Customize filling with your favorite vegetables.
- Store uncooked egg rolls in the freezer.
